These terms cover the text messages Polonia Citizenship sends about your Polish citizenship inquiry. Short version: you opt in by ticking the text-message box on our form, we send a welcome text and the occasional case follow-up, and you can stop them anytime by replying STOP.

The Polonia Citizenship text message program is operated by Five to Europe s.c. On our eligibility form at poloniacitizenship.com/check there is a separate text-message box under the phone field. It is unchecked by default, and ticking it is how you agree to receive text messages from Polonia Citizenship about the Polish citizenship inquiry you started. Both the phone number and that box are optional: consent is not a condition of using our services, and the form submits either way.
A one-time welcome text confirming we received your details and emailed you the next steps, and the occasional follow-up about your case. This is a low-volume, case-related program. It is not marketing, and we do not send promotions.
Message frequency varies and is low. Most people receive a single welcome message plus an occasional follow-up tied to their case.
Message and data rates may apply.Polonia Citizenship does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. Send the word on its own; STOP, STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPTOUT all work the same way. You get one confirmation message, and after that we do not text you again. The opt-out is recorded against your phone number itself, so it stays in place across any later inquiry you send us, until you tell us otherwise.
If you change your mind, text START from the same number and we turn texts back on. YES, UNSTOP, and OPTIN do the same thing. A keyword is the only thing that restarts them: ticking the text-message box on the form again, or sending us a new inquiry, does not undo a STOP on its own.
If you write to us in your own words instead of a keyword, we read it and take care of it, but the keyword is what stops the messages immediately, so use STOP if that is what you want.
Stopping texts never affects your case. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using our services, and we handle everything by email either way.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major US carriers; carrier support can change without notice.
We use your phone number only to follow up on the inquiry you started. Your mobile opt-in information is not shared with, or sold to, any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
